Order Processing & Transit Guidelines

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery and excludes weekends and applicable public holidays. Estimated standard delivery ranges from 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs, holidays, weather, peak periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment, though carrier updates may require additional time to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. For significantly delayed, lost, or damaged packages, reach out with your order number and relevant details so we can assist.
